Promoting Research & Advancement in Pakistani and World Languages
It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I extend my warmest greetings to all members of the Linguistic Association of Pakistan, as well as to our broader community of language scholars, educators, and enthusiasts across the nation.
As Vice Chairman of this esteemed association, I am honored to be part of a vibrant community dedicated to the study, preservation, and promotion of linguistic diversity within Pakistan. Our rich tapestry of languages is not only a source of national pride but also a testament to the cultural wealth that defines our identity as Pakistanis.
In today's interconnected world, where globalization and technological advancements continue to reshape our linguistic landscapes, it is more crucial than ever to safeguard our indigenous languages while embracing the opportunities that come with multilingualism. Our association remains steadfast in its commitment to supporting research, advocacy, and educational initiatives aimed at nurturing linguistic diversity and fostering inclusive language policies.
I encourage all members to actively engage in our association's activities, whether through academic conferences, workshops, or community outreach programs. By collaborating and sharing our knowledge and expertise, we can contribute to the collective effort of preserving and revitalizing endangered languages, advancing linguistic research, and promoting language rights for all.
As we embark on another year of exciting endeavors, let us reaffirm our dedication to the principles of linguistic equality, respect, and understanding. Together, let us strive to build a more linguistically inclusive society where every language and dialect is celebrated and valued.
Thank you for your continued support and commitment to the Linguistic Association of Pakistan. I look forward to our collective efforts in the pursuit of linguistic excellence and diversity.
